OUR PROCESS
Process #1 Standard Construction Contract
Our Standard Construction Contract process is best suited for clients who already have drawings for their project and are ready to move forward with Candid Construction for their project. We will take the drawings, estimate the project cost, and then move into a construction contract. We will then submit for permits, build the project, and get you your certificate of occupancy!
Process #2 Conceptual Phase then Design-Build
Our Conceptual Phase is best suited for clients who are in need of the development of a floor planand MEP narratives. (sometimes we include an exterior elevation as needed). This process greatly helps get things started without a large financial commitment. We say that the Conceptual Phase accounts for about 10-15% of the Architectural process and it provides enough information for us to prepare a Design-Build Contract. After we have the Design-Build Contract, we will then move forward with finalizing the project drawings, then submit for permits, build the project, and get you your certificate of occupancy!
Process #3 Design then Build
Our Design then Build process is good for clients that are ready to make the leap into the project starting with a Design Contract which is a portion of the whole Design-Build process that encompasses FULL Construction Drawings ready for permit. We then price out those fully complete drawings and sign a Construction Contract for the remainder of the project!
